Unless expressly confirmed in writing, water supplied through our service is for general-use purposes such as tank filling, pool filling, cleaning, construction, irrigation, and facility use. Customers must inform us before ordering if they have any special quality, drinking, medical, laboratory, industrial, or regulatory requirements.

3. Orders and Availability

Submitting a request through the website, WhatsApp, or phone does not guarantee immediate service. Orders are subject to tanker availability, district coverage, road conditions, traffic, site access, weather, and operational capacity.

• Delivery time estimates are approximate and may change.
• Emergency delivery is subject to availability.
• We may refuse or reschedule orders that are unsafe, unclear, inaccessible, or outside our service scope.

4. Pricing, Quotes and Payment

Prices may vary based on tanker size, location, distance, urgency, number of trips, access difficulty, timing, and type of use. Any quote shared by phone or WhatsApp is based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final price should be confirmed before dispatch.
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult access, waiting time, repeated trips, or urgent requests.
• Payment method and timing will be agreed before or at delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including location, contact number, required tanker size, use type, access instructions, and any restrictions at the site.

• Ensure the location is accessible for the tanker.
• Make sure someone is available to receive and guide the driver.
• Confirm that the tank, pool, or filling point is ready and safe.
• Notify us of narrow streets, gates, low roofs, site permits, security rules, or any special condition.

6. Cancellation, Delays and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if the tanker has already been dispatched, has reached the area, or the driver has waited at the location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, incorrect location, customer unavailability, access restrictions, or events outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed water tanker delivery service with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including business interruption, project delays, customer misuse, unsuitable storage tanks, poor access, or third-party platform issues.
