Terms of Use – White Water (Saudi Arabia)

1. Scope of Service
- We provide non-drinking water for general use only (e.g., pools, cleaning, construction).
- Water is not suitable for human consumption.
- Service is available 24/7, subject to availability.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery location and tanker size requirements.
- Ensure access to the property and space for the tanker to park and unload safely.
- Delays due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment
- Orders are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp after location verification.
- Payment is required upon delivery or as per prior agreement.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to safety concerns or unavailability.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before delivery may result in a fee.
- Refunds are processed according to Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Using water for unauthorized purposes.
- Any damages caused by site conditions (e.g., weak flooring, blocked access).
- Tanks are regularly cleaned. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure water suitability.
6. Service Interruptions
- In case of delays due to traffic or breakdowns, we will inform the customer immediately.
- Emergency services are prioritized based on urgency and availability.
7. Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes will be resolved under Saudi commercial laws and courts.
